Prices may vary due to factors such as access conditions, stairs, elevators, parking distance, weather conditions, or regulatory charges.

Payment Terms

• Advance payment may be required to confirm a booking.
• Full payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Delayed or incomplete payments may result in service suspension or delayed delivery.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate details about goods, locations, and access conditions.
• Ensuring availability of lifts, parking space, and necessary permissions.
• Not including prohibited or hazardous items in the shipment.

Prohibited Items

The following items must not be included in the shipment:

• Explosives, flammable or hazardous materials
• Illegal substances or contraband
• Perishable goods, cash, jewelry, or important documents

Tezz Gati Packers and Movers will not be responsible for loss or damage of prohibited items if included without prior disclosure.

Insurance and Liability

Transit insurance is optional and available at an additional cost. If insurance is not opted for, our liability is limited as per industry standards.

We are not responsible for damage caused due to:

• Items packed by the customer
• Natural calamities or unforeseen events
• Normal wear and tear
• Electrical or mechanical faults

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only. Delays due to traffic, weather, regulatory checks, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances shall not be considered a breach of contract.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Booking cancellations or date changes must be communicated in advance. Cancellation charges may apply based on the stage of service preparation and expenses incurred.

Storage Services

Storage services are subject to separate terms and charges. Goods stored beyond the agreed period may attract additional fees.

Claims and Complaints

Any claims related to damage or loss must be reported in writing within a reasonable time after delivery. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.

Limitation of Liability

Tezz Gati Packers and Movers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
